About SADPC Assam Recruitment 2023
State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council, Assam, is on a mission to combat drug addiction and promote a drug-free society. To achieve this, they are inviting dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team across six De-addiction cum Rehabilitation centers in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sonitpur, Kamrup Metro, and Barpeta.

Vacancy Details

- Accountant cum Clerk – 02 Posts
- Districts: Dibrugarh, Kamrup (Metro)
- Education: A Commerce Degree from a reputable university is required.
- Experience: Accounting expertise and computer proficiency.
- Remuneration: ₹10,000/-p.m. (Fixed)
- Chowkidar – 02 Posts
- Districts: Golaghat, Tinsukia
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII Passed.
- Remuneration: ₹7,500/-p.m. (Fixed)
- Peer Educator – 03 Posts
- Districts: Barpeta, Kamrup (Metro), Tinsukia
- Educational Qualification: Nil
- Experience:
- Should be literate.
- Ex-drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety.
- Willing to work among drug-using population and possess qualities like empathy and communication skills.
- Willing to get trained, refrain from using, buying or selling drugs, and work for the prevention of harmful drug use and relapse.
- Remuneration: ₹9,000/- p.m. (Fixed)
- Psychologist – 02 Posts
- Districts: Barpeta, Golaghat
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology/Community Science from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field of De-addiction or Counselling, previous working experience with Govt./NGOs, knowledge of English/Hindi/local language, and Computer.
- Remuneration: ₹12,500/-p.m. (Fixed)
- Social Worker – 01 Post
- District: Tinsukia
- Education: A graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Community Science from a recognised university is required.
- Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field of De-addiction or relevant field/issues of Social security, previous working experience with Govt./NGOs, knowledge of English/Hindi/local language, and Computer.
- Remuneration: ₹12,500/-p.m. (Fixed)
- Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor – 01 Post
- District: Dibrugarh
- Education: A graduate degree in social work/sociology/social science from a recognised university is required.
- Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year working experience in such centers or related field, demonstrable capabilities for running such centers, and working knowledge of Computer.
- Remuneration: ₹15,000/-p.m. (Fixed)
