Power Grid Corporation Of India Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Valid Score in the GATE 2023: Candidates must have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023 and qualified as per the marks declared by GATE 2023 Organizing Body.
- ET (Electrical): Corresponding GATE 2023 Paper – EE
- ET (Civil): Corresponding GATE 2023 Paper – CE
- ET (Electronics): Corresponding GATE 2023 Paper – EC
- ET (Computer Science): Corresponding GATE 2023 Paper – CS
Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of 10.11.2023 (Candidates should be born on or after 10.11.1995).
Essential Qualification:
- Electrical: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Civil: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Electronics: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Computer Science: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Power Grid Corporation Of India Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The Selection Process is composed of:
- Normalized marks in GATE 2023 (out of 100)
- Behavioral Assessment
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
Candidates who meet the GATE 2023 score criteria will be shortlisted for the Behavioral Assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview, with the choice of Hindi or English for the interview.

Empanelment is based on total vacancies and not separately for POWERGRID & CTUIL. The panel operation depends on the option/preference exercised by the candidate during application.
Power Grid Corporation Of India Recruitment 2023 Salary
During the one-year training period, selected candidates will receive a Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- with IDA, HRA, and Perks. Upon regularization, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in E2 scale with a package of Rs. 50,000/- to 1,60,000/-(IDA), including various benefits and allowances.

- Fill in all application details carefully, including your primary email, as all communication will be through email.
- Upon completion, submit your online application. The system will generate a unique Registration Number for your reference.
- The Registration Number is your login ID, and the generated password is used to access the POWERGRID Online Application System.
- If applicable, non-exempt candidates should deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- through online mode.
- No hard copies of applications are required to be sent by post.
- Incomplete applications or applications without applicable fees will be rejected.
