NIACL Assistant Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Tier I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination comprises Objective Tests totaling 100 marks and is conducted online. This stage encompasses three sections, each allocated a separate timeframe of 20 minutes:

- Test of Reasoning: 35 marks
- Test of Numerical Ability: 35 marks

Tier II: Main Examination
The Main Examination carries a weightage of 250 marks and is anticipated to last around 2 hours. This stage comprises five sections, with 40 questions in each section:

The Regional Language Test is solely for qualification purposes, and no scores will be assigned. Final ranking will be determined based on the scores obtained in the Online Main Examination, contingent upon successful completion of the Regional Language Test. To advance to subsequent recruitment stages, candidates must attain a high position in the Merit List.
