Educational Qualifications for BRO Recruitment

Post	Educational Qualification
Draughtsman	10 Plus 2 with Science Subjects; 2-year Certificate in Architecture/Draughtsmanship from a recognized Institute or equivalent; or 2-year National Trade Certificate for Draughtsman (Civil) with 1-year practical experience.
Supervisor (Administration)	Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; National Cadet Core ‘B’ Certificate or Ex-Naib Subedar (General Duty) from the Army or equivalent from Navy or Air Force.
Turner	Turner Certificate from ITC/ITI/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with 1-year experience or Class II Course for Turner as per Defence Service Regulations.
Machinist	Matriculation; Machinist Certificate from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, or Defence Trade Certificate with 1-year experience as Machinist.
Driver Mechanical Transport (OG)	Matriculation; Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license or Class III Course for Driver Plant Mechanical Transport as specified in Defence Service Regulations.
Driver Road Roller (OG)	Matriculation; Heavy Motor Vehicle/Road Roller driving license with 6 months experience in Road Roller Driving or Class II Course for Driver Plant and Mechanical Transport.
Operator Excavating Machinery (OG)	Matriculation; Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license; or Driving License for Dozer/Excavator with 6 months’ experience, or Class II Course for Operator Excavating Machinery as per Defence Service Regulations.
