I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the consultancy charge for my employment through Silchar Job News:

1. If I join before the 15th of the month, I agree to pay 50% of my first month's salary as a consultancy charge.
2. If I join between the 15th to 20th of the month, I agree to pay 25% of my first month's salary as a consultancy charge, and the remaining 25% will be paid from my second month's salary.
3. If I join between the 20th to 23rd of the month, I agree to pay 15% of my first month's salary as a consultancy charge, and the remaining 35% will be paid from my second month's salary.

2. যদি আমি মাসের ১৫ থেকে ২০ তারিখের মধ্যে কাজে যোগ দিই, তবে আমি আমার প্রথম মাসের বেতনের ২৫% পরিমাণ ফি পরামর্শচার্জ হিসেবে প্রদান করব এবং বাকি ২৫% আমার দ্বিতীয় মাসের বেতন থেকে প্রদান করা হবে।
