1. Lead – Project
- Number of Vacancies: 01
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 39,000/- to Rs. 43,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project implementation, technical & management, entrepreneurship development, skill development, and livelihoods. The candidate should excel in documentation, reporting, computer literacy, data analysis, and possess good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
2. Mentor
- Number of Vacancies: 01
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
- Project Site: Arunachal Pradesh
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: Experience in conducting EDP and MDP programs, training and mentoring entrepreneurs, knowledge of the handloom industry, mustard oil, honey, and buckwheat industries, production and processing of by-products, marketing and branding, sustainability plans, and excellent communication skills.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
3. Senior Executive-Project
- Number of Vacancies: 03 (1 post each for Samarth, Sankalp & PMKVY projects)
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 29,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Master’s Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in implementing skill development projects, proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, conducting training on the field, ToT of trainers, AEBAS biometric system management, working with Google tools, communication skills for coordination, and project monitoring & evaluation.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
4. Data Entry Operator
- Number of Vacancies: 02 (For PMKVY Project)
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 13,800/- to Rs. 17,200/-
- Educational Qualification: Minimum HS pass from a recognized University/Board with adequate knowledge of computer skills
- Experience: 2 years of experience in data entry, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, expertise in MS Office Excel, and familiarity with Google tools.
- Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years
