Number of Vacancies: 10
Age Limit: Applicants must be above 21 years of age and not exceed 40 years as of 01-Aug-2023. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the prevailing Government policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the position should meet one of the following criteria:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geology, or a related field, along with a Certificate/Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
OR
2. A B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in GIS & Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics.
OR
3. An M.A/M.Sc. in Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, with Geoinformatics as one of the core subjects, or alternatively, possess a Certificate/Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
Desirable Qualifications:
The following qualifications are highly desirable for the role of GIS Assistant:
1. Proficiency in utilizing GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or other industry-standard applications.
2. Familiarity with various spatial data formats, including Shapefiles, GeoJSON, and KML, as well as a good understanding of different coordinate systems.
3. Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques and image processing methods, coupled with expertise in data collection through drone surveys and tools for geospatial data development.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
6. While prior experience in a GIS-related role or internship is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we welcome talented individuals with potential and a keen interest in GIS technology to apply.
Experience:
Candidates with relevant work experience will be given strong consideration for this position.
Pay:
The remuneration for the selected candidates will be in the range of Rs. 25,000/- (Minimum) to Rs. 30,000/- (Maximum) per month, depending on their experience and skills.
Position: Procurement Specialist
Number of Vacancies: 1
Age Limit: Applicants must be above 21 years of age and should not exceed 43 years as of 01/01/2023.
Educational Qualification: The ideal candidate should possess a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Law/Business Administration or other relevant subjects such as Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates with advanced academic or professional qualifications in procurement will be preferred and will have an added advantage.
Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in Public Procurement and/or project management.
OR
Candidates with experience in procurement adhering to World Bank/ Multilateral Development Banks’ Procurement Guidelines or possessing work experience in the procurement process of State/Central Government sponsored projects are encouraged to apply.
Pay:
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,20,000/-.
