Airports Authority of India (AAI), a prominent Government of India Public Sector Enterprise, entrusted with creating, upgrading, and managing civil aviation infrastructure, invites eligible candidates to apply for the position of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) under the AAI Recruitment 2023. AAI has been conferred with the Mini Ratna Category-1 Status.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Qualification
To be eligible for the Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) position, candidates must have:
- A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics, OR
- A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline. (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English at the level of 10+2 standard (with English as a subject in 10th or 12th standard).
Note:
- The degree should be from a Recognized/Deemed university or from an apex institution recognized by the Government of India.
- Percentage of marks: Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s Degree.
- Candidates with B.E./B. Tech/ B. Sc. (Engg.) Degree are allowed to apply where essential qualification is prescribed as Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
AAI Recruitment 2023 Age Limit & Relaxation
- Maximum age: 27 years as of 30.11.2023.
- Relaxation in age for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (as per Govt. orders), and departmental candidates.

Remuneration
- Pay Scale (IDA): Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level] : Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000
- Emoluments: Basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks (35% of Basic pay), HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits, etc. The CTC per annum for the post of Junior Executive would be approximately Rs. 13 lakhs.
