AIESL Recruitment 2023 Details

AIESL is seeking applications from qualified Indian Nationals for the role of Aircraft Technicians (B1, B2) and Technician (Welder/Fitter) on a Fixed Term Employment basis. The selected candidates will be stationed at AIESL-MRO, Nagpur, with the possibility of transfers to other locations as per company needs.

AIESL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Aircraft Technician (Maintenance/Engine shop) – B1 Trade:

1. AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 or 03 years) in Mechanical stream from DGCA-approved institutions with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/OBC).

OR Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/OBC).

2. Minimum one year of aviation experience in Aircraft Maintenance/Engine Shops or national apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance.

For Ex-servicemen: Relevant trade completion or equivalent qualifications in Airframe/Engine trades conducted by the Indian Air Force, acceptable to DGCA.

Aircraft Technician (Maintenance) – B2 Trade:

1. AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 or 03 years) in Avionics stream with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/OBC).

OR Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio/Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ST/OBC).

2. Minimum one year of aviation experience in Aircraft Maintenance or national apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance.

Ex-servicemen: Should meet similar qualifications criteria.

Technician (Welder/Fitter):

1. 10+2 passed with ITI in welder trade or machinist trade recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT.

2. One year of experience in Aviation Maintenance or two years of industry experience in the respective trade.
